Return and refund policy

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:

  • Products must be returned to their original condition and packaging.
  • Frames must be new without use, no bends, or any kind of usage. 
  • Prescription lenses must be in their original form, with no scratches or damage.
  • If you don’t like the design or the frame you selected after delivery, we will deduct the lens charges from the order because the lenses were specially made for you with your customized power. However, we will try our best to adjust your lenses in the new frame in this scenario. 
  • The delivery charge for the return order must be paid by the customer.
  • We assure you a 100% refund if there is a power mistake in your lenses. Our strict quality assurance team carefully inspects each frame before delivery, making such errors minimal.
  • We also provide a full refund if your frame is damaged during shipping. Photos of the damage must be provided by the customer immediately on the same date as receiving the order.
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

The Refund Process

There are two ways you can get a refund

Store Credit: The total amount paid by you will be credited to your account with Frameit. Here are some of its benefits:

  • You can use the store credit to purchase any product. For example, if you have Rs 2000 as store credit and you want to buy a product worth 2100. You can use the credit to pay for 2000 rupees and the 100 rupees left can be paid through cash, card, or online payment.
  • You can use the store credit to purchase products online or in-store.
  • The store credit will forever be valid and isn’t subject to any changes.
  • The store credit can be used on the online e-commerce platform or in retail stores.
  • A unique code will be generated containing the credited amount and can be used only once and can’t be broken into multiple purchases

Bank Account: You can go the old way and get the refund sent to your bank account. However, the number of days will differ depending on the bank policy.



    Warranty: 

    • Warranty is provided on all frames and lenses.
    • A 100% refund will be issued if there are any manufacturing defects within the warranty period. Manufacturing defects do not include breakage of frames due to negligence, pressure or breakage from the temple side of the frame. No refunds will be provided for this kind of damage.
    • Warranty on lenses includes coating and power errors only. Any scratch complaints should be informed within 7 days of the delivery, and a clear picture should be provided on the day of receiving the delivery, if there are any scratches before usage.
    • We do not provide a warranty for the scratch on lens for 7 days of returns period.  Rest, we want to assure you all our lenses are of high quality and are scratch resistant. 
    • If a product is marked under SALE category is not applicable for return/ replacement and exchange. It means that the frameit eyewear has specified that the item cannot be returned, replaced, or exchanged after purchase.


    Exclusions

    The Warranty is limited and doesn’t include product breakage, scratches, damages caused by accident, mishandling, negligence, shock, tampering, loss of components or accessories, improper use or storage of the product.
