General Questions

As soon as the order is shipped out, you will receive the tracking information via email. If you order has not been shipped yet and it is delayed, please send us an email at support@frameiteyewear.com

  • We live totally surrounded by screens, spending almost nine hours a day, on average, in front of digital devices. All these devices emit blue light, and since our eyes aren't protected against this overexposure, the light can be detrimental, causing eye strain, dry eyes, disruption of sleep patterns, headaches, migraines and mental and physical fatigue.
  • Frameit lenses have a coating specially developed for people who spend a lot of time indoors and are exposed to the blue-violet and LED light of digital devices like smartphones, TVs, and tablets.

Please find the care instructions for all our glasses:

  • Use the original cleaning cloth in order to clean fingerprints, dust, and other imperfections.
  • If additional cleaning is required, use a PH-neutral soap with lukewarm water. Avoid alcohol and solvents.
  • Avoid the use of abrasive products and unclean clothes, as these can alter the characteristics of the lenses.
  • Use only original accessories and replacement parts.
  • Remember to keep your glasses in their original case, in a dry place with a temperature between -20°C and 40°C.

Frameit lenses have a coating specially developed for people who spend a lot of time indoors and are exposed to the blue-violet and LED light of digital devices like smartphones, TVs, and tablets.

We live totally surrounded by screens, spending almost nine hours a day, on average, in front of digital devices. And also if you don’t have any prescription/power. You can order this  by selecting option as “’Zero power lens”

Shipping and policy Questions

50 rs INR and on order above 1500 shipping is free

  • Within India - 3-5 business days
  • Prescription order can take upto 5-8 days
  • We are shipping all the goods from our warehouse in Telangana
  • Once we ship your order, you will receive the tracking information via email. Please note that we only ship and deliver on business days.
  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return the product within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:
  • Products must be returned to their original condition and packaging.
  • Frames must be new without use, no bends, or any kind of usage. 
  • Prescription lenses must be in their original form, with no scratches or damage.

Warranty & support Questions

The Warranty is limited and doesn’t include product breakage, scratches, damages caused by accident, mishandling, negligence, shock, tampering, loss of components or accessories, improper use or storage of the product.

A 100% refund will be issued if there are any manufacturing defects within the warranty period. Manufacturing defects do not include breakage of frames due to negligence, pressure or breakage from the temple side of the frame. No refunds will be provided for this kind of damage.

Legal Information

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indian Jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India to resolve any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
